Marcos bring a rich heritage of faith and over 25 years of dedicated ministry experience to the mission field. Originally from São Paulo, Brazil, the Souzas have been serving in full-time ministry since 1998, working tirelessly to reach the unreached and strengthen the local church.

Marcos Souza: Holds a B.A. in Pastoral Psychology with a minor in Missions. His academic journey also includes a teaching degree in Linguistics from UNIP and post-graduate studies in Institutional Psychopedagogy (UNIP).

Marcos and Monica Souza are joined in their ministry by their two sons: Mateus (17) and Evan (7). Together as a family, they transitioned from their long-term ministry in Brazil to the United States in September 2025 to serve at Calvary Baptist Church.
As an Assistant Pastor and Missionary, Marcos continues to bridge cultures and communities, driven by a lifelong calling to share the transformative power of Jesus Christ.

Paul was raised on a farm in Locktown, New Jersey. After finishing high school he spent 4 years serving his country in the US Navy. Following 30 years of work at FisherScientific he and his dear wife Lydia went to the mission field. They were in Flagstaff Arizona for ten years ministering to the Navajo Indians sent out by Ameritribes. After 53 years of marriage Lydia went home to be with her Lord. Together they had 3 children, one of which is in Heaven. The good Lord brought Paul and Ann together and they were married in May of 2021. We are ever grateful to the Lord for all He has done in our lives.

AL Curving (CW5, Retired) Chairman of the Board, NJ National Guard Family Youth Support Foundation Albert "AL" Curving is a highly decorated veteran with 37 years of military service in the U.S. Air Force and the New Jersey Army National Guard. A retired Chief Warrant Officer Five (CW5), he served as the 2nd Command Chief Warrant Officer of the NJARNG and is a recipient of the Legion of Merit and the USAWOA National Outstanding Warrant Officer of the Year award. Beyond his military career, "Mr. AL" is a dedicated community leader and philanthropist in Flemington, NJ.

He incorporated the NJ National Guard Family Youth Support Foundation (a 501(c)(3) nonprofit) and has volunteered for 25 years with the NJ National Guard Youth Camp. In 2025, he established the Gifts from God Foundation (GfGF) to preserve his extensive creative catalog, which includes over 100 registered songs and multiple literary works. An active member of the Gideons International and the Christian Motorcyclists Association, Mr. Curving holds degrees in Management, Business Administration, and Social Science/History from Thomas Edison State University. He is a father of three and a grandfather of four.
